1. Pipe feeding: Measure the size of the pipe, cut the pipe with electric machinery or manually cut the pipe, and prohibit toothless feeding.
2. Deburring: deburring the end of the nozzle with a special tool, or remove it with a file, scraper or other tool.
3. Check the sealing ring of the stainless steel pipe. Check that the seal ring is properly aligned and installed in the groove.
4. Pipe insertion: The depth of the pipe insertion into the pipe fitting socket matches the mark, and the adjustment amount is within 3mm. Check the depth of pipe insertion, do not damage the inside. Pipe seal ring.
5. Clamping operation: Please use special tools for compression operation.
6. Finished product: The pressed part of the final product must be neat and uniform.
